Technology
Because of the Apple One-to-One Initiative, students in all grades have access to an assigned iPad. In grades 6-8, students may take their iPad home to complete their assignments. Class notes are available on-line, and students have the opportunity to create iMovie projects on defined topics.

Overview
Holy Spirit School is a Catholic school educating children from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. Established in September 2000, it is accredited by WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges). Enrollment is over 550 students. The school colors are red and blue. The mascot is the Coyote.
The school day starts with a schoolwide assembly with prayer and announcements. There are monthly school Masses, prayer services, sacramental preparation, seasonal spiritual activities and retreat opportunities. Holy Spirit Church offers many activities for students including: candle bearer, ministry of movement, altar server, liturgical choir and students in the seventh and eighth grades may be trained to become Eucharistic Ministers. Students are required to wear a school uniform daily.
The school has programs in Religion, Mathematics, Advanced Mathematics for 6th - 8th grades, Language Arts (Reading, Phonics, Spelling, Grammar, Handwriting), Science, Social Studies, Computers, Music, Library, Physical Education, and Spanish. Extracurricular programs include Community Outreach, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Student Council, Lego Engineering, Tutoring, Cartooning, Mystery History, Drama, and Music. The school also offers Basketball, Volleyball, Track, Softball (Girls), and Flag Football (Boys) for students in 5th through 8th grades.
